Make sure you follow the proper removal and installation instructions that fit your application any time your Fleet-Air Filter is services. Failure to do so could result in a poor seal, and cause damage to the engine.

  1. Remove air filter housing cover
    • Remove air filter housing cover

    • Remove filter from housing

    • Make sure housing and housing nipple is clean before installing your Fleet-Air Filter.

    • Remove your Fleet-Air Filter from the box and any packaging.

    • Your new filter is pre-oiled and ready for installation.

    • If you just cleaned your Fleet-Air filter you must oil it before going further.

    • Apply a small amount of vaseline to the inside of the rubber seal for ease of installing.

    • Slide your Fleet-air filter onto housing nipple

    • Make sure your Fleet-Air Filter has a proper seal and not loose fitting.

    • Reinstall air filter housing cover


Congratulations you are done. Now start up your truck and get back to work.
