Why does my 2008 cascacia pull to the right and.leans.when parked

my truck pulls to right when driving. It also.leans slightly to right while parked

The lean to the right is most likely a week spring, a twisted frame is another possibility. A right pull is almost always the rear axles pushing the truck to the right which means you need a good alignment.

i agree weak spring, also if you have one the other is probably weak also so i would replace in pairs. (my right front spring failed and new one put on, truck leaned to the left and my next home time i replaced the left side and the truck straightened up again) i do not have air ride suspension on my front axle but the cascadia may have air ride on the front axel so a leveling valves, air leaks or blocked air lines may affect the truck lean also.

Check the spring spacers the right one may be shorter than left causing the lean. Have Chad with MD Alignment in Kansas City check alignment for pulling issue.
