Is it an EGR engine?

If it's an EGR it could be leaking through the EGR cooler.

If it's not EGR then it could be leaking through the injector cups.

It could also be a head gasket.

Do you do any oil samples? That would show if the coolant is getting into your oil.

If the coolant is getting into your fuel that could be the white smoke on start up, but if it's cold outside you could see the white smoke anyway

If you are getting coolant into your fuel another place it could be getting in is if you have a heated Davco fuel filter.

It could also only leak when your going down the road but you should see some traces of the coolant. If it's the red coolant it will look like wax.

Remember the air compressor has oil and antifreeze running through it also. Check the air line leaving the air compressor for signs of foreign material, the coolant could be going through the compressor and exiting through the air dryer, which if it is, then it is probably time to replace the air compresssor and put a new cartridge in the air dryer.
