Rig Master 5yrs old are these units good or bad

There is a trucking company in Salt Lake City trying to get rid of 28 Rig Master power units for 2500.00 each on EBay does anybody have any experience with these unit and could you share that with the rest of us thanks

stay away from them unless u have pocket full of money for maintenance.

I have bought several for parts I just use the alternator and the 110 volt generator the heat and air conditioner is useless and better be able to work not it yourself.

It depends on the number of hours on the unit. I purchased one with 640 hours on it, but most have over 10,000 hours. I've been told by service people that they see these units all the time with 15,000+ hours. I still only have about 4,000 hours on mine, and it hasn't had much maintenance expense in the last 1,500 hours. It's a love hate relationship with all APU's, you love them when they work, hate them when they brake.
