Fuel not balancing between tanks

I have a 06 Int 9200 with a 450 cummins. After running 1000 miles the drivers side will be down around 6" and the passengers side will be around 14" of fuel. I've had the overflow fittings changed the lines and "t's" looked at put vented caps on the tanks and I still have the issue.

Answer this question I have this problem too

You may have a partial restriction in 1 of 3 places

1) the cross over lines

2)fuel return on the drivers side

3)fuel supply on the passenger side

If you have rubber fuel lines and haven't replaced them I'd replace them all at the same time to keep them all the same age and save you from having more fuel restriction problems every couple of months.

it is possible that your truck has 2 different sized fuel tanks. I have seen some trucks like this. If this is the case, that would give the illusion of tanks being uneven

I know a guy that had the same problem with an isx turns out to be one fuel RETURN line shorter then the other. Replace the shorter fuel RETURN line and make it the same as the longer one. They both must be the same
