Install both the FASS system and the Turbo 3000D?

Would it be redundant to install both the FASS system and the Turbo 3000D? Or would you still get improvement from each of them by installing both? If it is redundant, which would be more beneficial to install?

Don't need a Turbo 3000 with a FASS! Just putt the FASS on. The FASS is more money but you are getting much more for that money.

This is in the same ballpark, what if you have turbo 3kD could you add FASS or is the 3K D removed?

You can Have the FASS and the Turbo 3000D together. I have them both on the truck currently.

Pittsburgh power told me that the Turbo 3000D is a fuel restriction so the next time I am home I am going to take it off. Then I will be able to see if the Turbo 3000D actually worked or not.

When I first installed the Turbo 3000D I had other things wrong with the truck so I don't know if it helped fuel mileage or not. So when I take it off I will see if my fuel mileage goes down, up, or stays the same. I will also be able to see if it's a fuel restriction by the pyrometer.

The FASS absolutely worked on my truck. It wasn't even installed correctly right away and I got a fuel mileage increase. After Pittsburgh power fixed the install that my Detroit shop did, I got the power increase as well.

The FASS system is a fuel pump that pumps fuel to the engine, then filters the fuel and removes the air in the fuel, sending the air back to the fuel tank via an extra return line.

The turbo 3000D is a device that is placed into the fuel line between the engine;s fuel pump and the injectors. It's purpose is to absorb the pressure fluctations from the fuel pump to give the injectors a steady pressure. If you feel the Turbo 3000D is causing a restriction, a second fuel line from the pump to the injectors would remedy the restriction.

In my opinion, they can be used together.

Took my Turbo 3000D off. Couldn't stop the fittings from coming loose. Much happier with the FASS.
