Remove the line at the slave valve on the power divider and flip the switch and see if you get oil spewing from the line. Smell the oil It's also possible that it could be rear end grease coming back through the slave valve.....''italic text''

Sound like oil is getting into you air system. its a sign that your air compressor is on it's way out.

There is a o ring in the slave valve and it is either cracked or worn. When you flip the switch it pressurizes the slave valve which moves the fork in the power divider and engages it, any rear end grease that has by passed the seal is expelled back through the line and out the valve when you flip it back off....won't hurt anything except for the discharge of oil and possibly the smell of grease. Should not be a major task to repair if you choose to do so....''italic text''
