cummins sputtering under load

isx cummins 500 hp 2013 389 peterbilt At 41000 miles had to replace engine cylinder head The valve guides went in cylinders 4 5 6 The engine ran great but now at75000 miles the engine is sputtering under load and loosing power All the fuel system has been checked, fuel filters change and the problem still persists.I had to move the truck the other day and the engine temperature was 150 degrees There was some strong injector noise .Some of the parameters have been changed and the engine responds better and the fuel mileage has increased. But the sputter is still there and the engine just looses power on the hills Just lost on this and frustrated Thanks

Answer this question I have this problem too

Look at your fuel acuators, and your crankcase breather filter by the power steering pump, check the head to see if the fuelinjector holes are round!I would take to Pittsburg power! They will figure this put, they got nerds and a dyno.they have a electrical, mechanical ,and computer engineers. They would love a problem like this.

wondering what the diagnosis was.

I have a 06 60 series, 540k, 14L that sounds like she's blowing off when accelerating usually at lower rpm's ... sputtering could partly describe the symptom, but does it loaded and unldd also.

I would think that it might be a something with the blowoff valve opening while under boost.

She just was serviced 2 weeks ago with fluids and filters and was doing it before the service... was hoping it had something to do with the air filter, as I experienced years ago as an employee... (don't know why that helped that '07 kw w9 Cummins isx )

Anyway, just research mode. Any help is appreciated
