Things to watch out for

  • If you get a new truck and want to sync it with ProfitGauges you need to contact us (855-800-FUEL) so we can manually change the truck that is syncing. Otherwise your fuel expense will not sync with ProfitGauges.

New Features

  • Completely remove yourself: With this feature users who do not wish to use the program anymore can easily delete themselves for

Bug Fixes

  • When deleting a trucks activity the program will do it more efficiently.
  • The add truck button now comes back if the process errors during the first attempt
  • If you are syncing your FuelGauges with ProfitGauges and attempt to delete all of your truck activity the site will now tell you why it can not delete the fuel-ups.
  • Only those active ProfitGauges users will see the "Cancel PG" button
  • You can now add and edit expenses on the iPad
  • When reporting your expenses you can now switch the month you are reporting for.
  • If you select the carrier first when starting your settlement and incorrect date would be automatically assigned. This has now been corrected
  • Date range for FuelGauges has been updated once again to accommodate partial fuel-ups. It's a bug that continues to mock us.
  • The recurring value for Truck and Trailer Payments now updates the summary correctly.
  • Sign-up wizard was fixed to only show the startup kit IF you've selected that service.

Things not looking right?

  • Make sure you have the latest updates for the browser you are using.
  • Clear your cache. This forces the browser to load the new files rather than hold on to the old ones.

I use Fuel and Profit Gauges online on my PC. Doesn't this mean the program is not on my computer and and I do not have to update? I have never downloaded a program from you guys.

Comments:, fuel & profit, is a web based program. There is no updating needed on your end. When you navigate to, the webpage will have all the new updates. Nothing to do on your end!
