We love it. It's the only system that lets you have one transponder that works in all states. And, it charges tolls to your debit card (the system pre-loads $75 from your debit card, and then replenishes it when it bottoms out. Amazingly, it costs the same as Pre-pass, as the Norpass states are free. We get the green light at least 90% of the time.... on a long trip like ours, from Charlotte to Seattle and back.... if you add up all the time saved by not pulling in weigh stations, we save at least an hour each way. Also, we have great CSA scores, as there is a much smaller chance we will be inspected. Last year, 2011, we were NEVER inspected.

I like the BestPass. Not sure if I save much on tolls but the green light at scales is worth the cost!

Best Pass gives a breakdown of their discounts. We like the ease of use and the one bill each month, though we also have a reserve but ours is $100 instead of $75. We too get the bypass more times than not.
