Yes could be the the motor

there is a resistor switch in the airbox by the filter has a 3 flat prong plug type (but it normally allows high speed to work) check it WARNING IT GETS RED HOT!!!!! when working!!!!

is the cabin filter clean? if its real dirty the motor will over heat and shut down.

Check that first look to see for any debris blocking intake too...

if it all checks out tobe good and the motor still shuts down TRY this

get a test light $8 run blower see if the power is still going to blower when it shuts down..

if the blower motor is very hot replace it ....

NOW IF YOU MEAN........

NOW IF YOU MEAN THE AC IS NOT WORKING ???????

ac system on your truck maybe supported by the ECM and if it is reading low voltage 11.6 or less the AC will NOT work...

But the blower will .....

There is also a filter that is behind the dash where the blower motor is that needs changed on a regular basis also. Not just the cabin filter that is on the fire wall. Many forget the one that is right there at the blower motor. That one plugging up will burn out a blower motor. See the Columbia maintenance manual.
