samplings send to Polaris Labs

Folks,

I have recently purchased and had installed the Eco Our system. Sent the fist sample which was the old oil before a new sample to get a baseline. I sent to the recommended place on the bottle. Took me forever and a few calls to have them send it to me. Question is, do I send my actual first sample to Polaris Labs so that I can have Kevin look into it.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You can send it to Polaris and have Kevin look at it if you want.

Now that you have the Eco pure installed and you will be taking your samples and sending them to Polaris you need to sign up on their website. It will make getting your sample results much faster. You can also decide whether or not you want them to email the sample to you or send it back in the mail. I recommend having them email it to you because if you do most of the time you will get your results back in less than a week.

There was also a tab on your sample that had a track my sample # on it. You can track your sample with that number as well.

Another tip I can provide is when you send in your sample I take a picture of the UPS label so I can watch the package make it to the lab, then I know that after the lab receives the sample I will get the results soon.

yes if you use polaris labs Kevin can pull up the results on his call in program. By the way congrates using oil samples best thing going for an o/o to see whats going on in the engine. Polaris Labs will also e-mail you the results so you get them fast and not have to depend on snail mail

if you sent the sample in using regular us postal it can take awhile to get to the lab. my first sample took about 2 weeks to get to the lab.

Yes you do. Also don't think twice about calling Polaris or OPS with questions. They have been extremely helpful in getting me to 200,000 miles with an EGR Detroit.
