New Features

  • Added a new help system. When you see a question mark (?) inside of a gray box you can hover over it to reveal it's help.
  • Now when you want to clean up your custom sub accounts it's even easier. If you try to delete an account and it's currently still being used you'll get a list of Settlements and Months that it's being used in. With that list you can open the instance in a new window/tab so you can change it to a new account or remove it completely.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the total cost of a fuel-up would not display on the form
  • If you edit a fuel-up and change it to a missed fuel-up the correct info will now be displayed
  • For field calculations if you end the equation with a symbol such as + the calculation will now work still.
  • The fields on the account page are now larger to show longer addresses and company names
  • You'll only see the DELETE link on Settlements and Monthly Expenses if you've saved the form.
  • Your truck image now shows up in ProfitGauges and on your account page.
  • When a fuel-up is a partial and the previous fuel-up was missed the correct label of MISSED will be displayed.
  • On the fuel-up overview the miles tracked should now include the partial fuel-ups' miles
  • When editing a fuel-up if you change the odometer all calculations will be correct the first time rather than being forced to open and save again.
  • FuelGauges overview's 30, 60 & 90 will be correct even if you have partials that are heading or trailing the range.
  • The FuelGauges graph will match up with the range averages.
  • We are counting all fuel-ups now including the partials.
  • Fixed the issue where the ProfitGauges trial email is still sent out even after you've signed up for the Startup Kit.
  • On the Tax Report the top value of Taxable Income will now be displaying the correct value without your loans. (discovered and fixed on March 30th)
  • Fixed the issue where some lifetime fuel average were messed up.

  • Optimized and cleaned up the database
  • Now easier to manage all users on MyGauges

Things not looking right?

  • Make sure you have the latest updates for the browser you are using.
  • Clear your cache. This forces the browser to load the new files rather than hold on to the old ones.
