Kenworth A/C needs repair

Spent $1000.00 for a non diagnosis and hose replacement at the stealership in Louisville KY..

Looking for a good shop (anywhere) that specializes in truck air conditioning systems. I don't mind paying what it takes for the repair but I can't afford 100 hr labor rates for unqualified parts changers.

What needs to be done? You can replace the parts yourself and pay any shop to recharge the system. Do you have a leak, a bad compressor?

I'd like to just throw out a fellow I use in Englishtown, NJ. Allied Alternator on Englishtown Rd. 732-792-8333. His name, and his sons name, is Joe.

Two very down to earth guys, both are excellent at air cond., auto electric, rebuilding anything electrical, etc. They also run an RV repair center, so they work on anything large from trucks to buses.

Joe is also the most reasonably priced shop you'll ever find. Every job they do is warrantied, and they stand behind it all.
