gauges ... book keeping

My record keeping is a disaster… I’m going to be signing up for profit gauges and was wondering how easy it had mad life for those using it?

We've been using Gauges for years and it makes keeping everything organized so much easier. Every expense has its category and this way filing is easier than ever. And yes, our accountant loves it this way, because it takes him half as much time to do our taxes as any other person who just drops in with a bag of receipts... it's worth every penny.

Having profit gauges has been a blessing. My account really loves us because it’s all done for them & in the correct categories. It really only takes about half hour to enter each month & figure everything out. I manage our books by putting all our receipts in a folder for each month. Then when I’m ready I add up all the expenses for each month plus figure out the per Diem & personal vehicle mileage & business miles. Plus in expenses under the Accounting tab you write off the fee for profit gauges so what do you have to lose?
