Hi Art, there are many people like you who don't like coffee either. Kevin just recommends it because it is a great way to get a lot of good fat into your diet, but it's not the only way. You can just add a lot of good fat to your food. Like olive oil, avocado oil, grass fed butter, the nut butters Kevin sells in his online store. If you just add it to your food your still going to get the healthy fats. Sometimes I just eat the nut butters (fat bombs) right out of the package. Also you can add brain octane to your salad or mix it with salad dressing. just start with very small doses and work your way up as your body adjusts. I started with a cap full a day and I'm now up to 2table spoons per day over 6 month stretch. Drinking just water will be fine. Always ramp up the fat with every meal.
