Depends on what your working on, engine parts I'm a firm believer in strictly OEM. I've installed both and have witnessed after market parts fail in less than 50,000 miles. Same thing for drive train parts. You just don't know what you're getting and trying to get warranty on the road can be a nightmare.

Well this choice depends on what you want to change and how much your budget is. As the name suggests O.E.M. parts are made by original manufacturer whereas aftermarket parts are made by other, but they are new too. However, first preference should always be given too O.E.M, but truly there is no problem in using http://www.iautobodyparts.com/doors_comp... too. In terms of design and function, they are almost the same even in some stage they are far better than O.E.M. However, you have to make sure that you can get these parts from trusted source only.
