How do I know if itthe FASS is working and customer service support

Text:

I just picked up my Volvo after having the FASS put on by a shop that I go to all the time to get all my work done at after having my truck there in the bay working on it for 4 days just to put on this FASS. What a nightmare this has been. Today is Friday and when I showed up at the shop around 3 pm unexpected to check what was going on there was only one unhappy tech in this shop and he was working on my truck with this FASS install. I talked to the tech about what has been the problem and everything has resulted to working with the tech support at FASS and the directions they have given in there install manual not being up to date or incompetent techs to talk to at FASS. I am blown away at this point I am at one of the best shops that I know of and from what I have read the best product ever made for my truck and there is this big of a problem. So I call FASS for some help to find out where is the missing link I wait about 20 min to talk to the only tech that is the best in class 8 trucks and he tells me that he told my shop to call another shop that has nothing to do with FASS in Canada that puts the FASS on all the time. I said, so you cant help the shop. In so many words it was explained that we just make the product we don't install it. Then what is the tech support for? I ask the tech about the call to Canada and that shop said to not to even go off of the directions FASS gives them. Remember this is a shop that FASS says to call. At this point my hands are shaking I am getting red in the face and I want my truck the people in the shop is watching me give the people at FASS !@#$ and I tell the shop manger that I want my truck done before anyone goes home. Long story short, what was going to take until Monday to get the truck I got back in about an hour after loosing my cool. Now I am worried was it done correct. Is there any one that can help me?
