During the first 3 months of becoming an O/O, I used a local Co., which assisted in getting O/O's set up.  After reviewing my cost of this service, WOW... I could live off the money I'm paying for dispatching / billing. Not to mention, avoid a call to dispatch only to find out "gone home for the day" or worse yet "weekend".

Kevin refers to the "hard" work....  Here ya go. $35.00 load board board subscription, $30.00 all-in-one printer/scanner, wifi in my truck, and I was ready to do it myself. I had some stumbles with brokers, but soon realized "dedicated" route was the way to go. I found a route out and back that used 2 of my fav. brokers, and built on that relationship. billing is email, payment is direct deposit, and home 3 days 2 nights every week. I'm sure several on here would be willing to help you get started, if you want to try this part of the business on your own. Let me know if you need anything. I could talk for hours on this subject. Might actually be a good show for Kevin to do one hour on a weekend.
