You keep track of each vehicle for business miles on a seperate piece of paper.  In a notebook at the top I label each vehicle.  Then I track the mileage under each month.  example:

month                                       where to                           mileage   I don’t put these labels on because I know what they are.

Jan:

1-1                                              town for supplies            65

1-11                                            town for parts                   64

ect.

you total both vehicles business miles for the month & insert them on the expense report under personal vehicle miles.
