Having profit gauges has been a blessing. My account really loves us because it’s all done for them & in the correct categories. It really only takes about half hour to enter each month & figure everything out. I manage our books by putting all our receipts in a folder for each month. Then when I’m ready I add up all the expenses for each month plus figure out the per Diem & personal vehicle mileage & business miles. Plus in expenses under the Accounting tab you write off the fee for profit gauges so what do you have to lose?
