New Features

  • Online ordering for the ProfitGauges startup kit. Both current and new members of ProfitGauges can sign-up. This is what you get when you sign-up. (sign-up link found on this page)
    • One FREE month of ProfitGauges
    • Custom 26 pocket folder
    • First month of accounting entered by the Let's Truck Team
    • 1 on 1 training with your numbers
  • Calculate within the ProfitGauges input fields. For example if you entered =13.02+5.33+54 and then tabbed or left that field it would calculate and enter 72.35. This could come in handy if you do not have a calculator close to you.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed alignment and spacing on business report PDF.
  • Fixed the miles tracked on the FuelGauges overview page.
  • Removed the test Swift truck image from ProfitGauges and your Account page. Still need to attach your FuelGauges image but thought we'd remove the other truck for now.
  • Resolved the issue of when you deleted your truck activity on the specifications page it also made your truck inactive which gave an error on the page that couldn't be cleared.
  • The correct distance label will now be displayed on the expenses page depending on your preference for the truck you are managing.
  • Fixed the issue where some users' per diem was not calculated with the correct rate.
  • Fixed the issue where some users' overviews were not matching the business report.
  • Fixed the long decimal numbers which showed up on the overview page when loading with a slow connection.
  • Now when you join ProfitGauges and have more than one truck in FuelGauges you can select the truck you want to manage.
  • Resolved the issue of incorrect odometer readings when adding a partial fuel-up between 2 other previously entered fuel-ups.
  • Fixed the issue of when you are paying for the tax report you can go back and change your plan if needed.
  • Resolved the issue of the business report not showing the monthly average in the far right column.
  • After you delete a fuel-up if there is a fuel-up after it the average will update without having to refresh the page.
  • Resolved the issue where on the ProfitGauges overview, expense/settlement list the profit per mile and net income did not report the correct value.
  • On your settlement drop-down it will always show the correct carrier.
  • Your list management expenses are separated between monthly expenses and settlement expenses.

Special Notes

If something is not looking correct always first check to see if you have the latest version of your browser. This fixed many issues for users.

Any progress on the portable device issue? This is becoming very frustrating not being able to manage expenses from my Motorola bionic with the android operating system. I hear that the upgrade works on a computer but my computer is on my desk at home. Please fix this. Thanks. -Ken
