PLEASE NOTE

In order for the new MPG calculation to work we need you to open and re-save your first fuel-up. This will fix all calculation issues that you are or were seeing.

New and Noteworthy Features

  • You can now retire a truck in FuelGauges in the specifications section and then when going back to ProfitGauges the system will ask you to select a new truck to now connect.
  • After selecting the date of your fuel-up you'll be able to see what the previous OD reading was by hovering over the question mark "?" next to the Odometer Reading field.

Bug Fixes

  • Fuel average is now calculated with more accuracy for date ranges. Because partials mess so many averages up we are now saving all partial data into the full fuel-up preceding it. This will allow for a more accurate average no matter what the date range is and no matter where the partials or missed fuel-ups fall.
  • If you have more than one carrier on your settlements you'll now see all carriers on the over rather than just your first.
  • The # of settlements will update according to all the trucks that you've linked to ProfitGauges.
  • If you selected a new truck in ProfitGauges you can now manage and edit those months and settlements without having to use the work around.
  • Now when you update your card information all old invoices will retain their original "last 4".
  • If you delete all of your activity the overview page will not update without having to refresh.
  • Fuel Overview is updating correctly for a true High, Average and Low MPG

Things not looking right?

  • Make sure you have the latest updates for the browser you are using.
  • Clear your cache. This forces the browser to load the new files rather than hold on to the old ones.

Since the update I'm having problems with the mobile site. Phone is just giving me a blank screen. I've cleared the cache, restarted the phone, etc. Is the mobile version dead or just offline right now?

I think it's either offline or was corrupted by the update.

Mobile site is working fine for me now. Thanks.

FYI, I've tried to use the full site on my smartphone but the member login link would never show up.

Mobile site seems to be down, regular fuel gauges giving wrong readings. I am showing down in the 3.0 MPG range.

The mobile site, m.mygauges.com, is only giving me a blank screen instead of showing up when I try it on any of my devices, including my laptop and my new Lenovo IdeaTab A2107 Tablet. Is there anything I can do to get the mobile site to work, other than accessing the desktop site MyGauges.com?

My gauges changed my average fuel calculation for the last 10 months and lowered the number by 1 mpg. I tried deleting my last months fuel ups to no avail. This is exactly why I won't use profit gauges because I don't want to spend my life chasing a software programmers changes that undoes a years worth of work. Paul S. Carney. disgusted trucker and through with Kevin Rutherford and company.

Paul, if you would read the full comments you'd know that if you simply re-save your first fuel-up it re-calculates everything.

Resaved the first fuel up and deleted the cache. No change after refreshing browser. Logged out and back in. Still have low mpg, and total lifetime miles are only 1/3 of the correct amount.

If you have a smartphone, there are better options out there that offer way better options than the mobile version of mygauges.com. For Android, try aCar. For iOS (iPhone), try GasCubby. These options will allow you to track your maintenance and schedule your maintenance in addition to tracking your fuel economy - all with accurate results regardless of full or partial fill ups.
