KR Scan Gauge/E.L.D. problem

I'm having problem, i Have an E L D plug in button E.L.D. is working ok. but couldn't plug in KR Scan gauge, Got a splitter cable plugged in button and scan gauge, E.L.D. works KR Scan Gauge does'nt only gives me volts ?
