Deduction for Chiropractor Fee

Is Chiropractic visits, on the road, deductible? If so, what category does it fall under?

Out of pocket medical expenses, but with traditional type insurance, you are not allowed to deduct anything until it reaches something like over 7% of adjusted gross income. That level goes higher with Obummercare, but I am not sure how much. I use a Health Savings Account so that I get full deductibility of all medical expenses over medical premiums. I just pay for something like Chiropractor out of the HSA.
