pre egr isx rough idle

Its a 2003 volvo 770, with pre erg cumins six. 1.2 m miles and fresh inflame. Has been doing rough idle, i thought inflame would solve the problem since i put everything new . Still rough idle , drives smooth . It really idles rough especially when you first start in the morning. Threw barometric pressure sensor code one time , took it to cummins dealer and no code observed. All fuel parameters seems right according to them, cut out test shows injectors work ok. Seems like its sucking air somewhere. Just want to know if anyone experienced this before and how it was solved coz cummins are scratching their head on this one. Motor took almost 30k , only thing old was the main block ,otherwise everything under the hood is new. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Could very well be sucking air on a fuel line. Inspect them good and look for any wet spots. if they haven't been changed they are over 10 years old and are prone to swelling shut on the inside or cracking. I would change the lines from the tank to the engine and also the return fuel line.

did you ever solve it? i have the same kinda thing with an 02 isx. I'm leaning towards cracked head. I found a procedure from iron tite showing how to repair isx cracked heads from the injector bore. Explains the rough idle when actuators and injectors test fine.
